Background

The 2nd of 4 children I grew up in North London where I was schooled with a passion for design from my childhood I achieved a degree from London College of Communication.I spent much of my 30's in a battle with a brain tumor when my late husband was diagnosed just 2 months after we got married.In addition to working full time I acted as his carer for 11 years until he died.

I met Christian in 2013 and we married on the beach in Mauritius surrounded by our closest family in 2019.

Hobbies

Outside work my passion is cooking, cooking and more cooking!I enjoy watching Formula 1 and football and yes cooking shows!Outside of cooking or watching sport I've a passion for travelling and cocktails! ;-)

Since graduating from London College of Communication there's not much design work I've not done myself or been heavily involved with!I've direct and self taught hands on experience with including but not limited to print, web, mobile optimised and mobile apps.

Private Work

After benefitting from over 25 years of hands on experience in Central London creating and delivering almost every layer and format of design work I moved to the outskirts of London and created Awesome! with Christian.

My role

My role gives me complete ownership, control and responsibility over all visual elements throughout the company.This control combined with my diverse experience allows me to drive with unthrottled creativity and speed from storyboard through production and deploy with no need to slow down for external input.Combining single author consistency with this intensity optimises levels of consumer engagement in Awesome!'s service offering and maximises return for all stakeholders involved.Awesome! near linear approach counters the challenging headwind of having to both engage and transact with a consumer in today's restricted real estate of a mobile phone screen.

Outside my design role I oversee all operational workflows and resources in the delivery of Awesome!'s service.
